Updates Regarding COVID-19

Update: April 25, 2020

Dear members and friends , 

We hope that you and your family and friends have kept indoors and safe this past month. Since cancelling our April functions, the current situation requires that our May 3rd NJ Spring Luncheon and May 5th Club Tuesday  are also cancelled. Our Celebration of the Commonwealth at India House previously scheduled for May 19th has been postponed to a date yet to be determined.

We shall  keep you apprised of the status of events planned for June and look forward to seeing you once a 'new normal' develops as social functions will be significantly different in future.

We hope members have visited our new updated website www.bsuc.org. We look forward to being able to post photographs of new events soon.  In the meantime we would appreciate any comments, feedback and perhaps content that could be added. 

We also advise that if you not yet done so, please can you renew your membership, as dues can now be paid online.

Update: March 18, 2020

Dear members and friends,

We hope that you and your family and friends are safe in these uncertain and anxious times.

We are sorry to say, but given the current environment we are canceling the following Club events for April 2020:

  • April 7- Club Tuesday

  • April 13- Easter Monday

We are monitoring the current situation and it is very likely that the following May events will also be affected, which are the following:

  • May 3 – NJ Spring Luncheon

  • May 5 - Club Tuesday

  • May 19 - Celebration of the Commonwealth

We shall share an update with you soon depending on the external circumstances at the time. Please follow all advisory precautions and we look forward to seeing you once the situation improves.
